Resolution amending the 2023 City Council meeting schedule to add City Council agenda briefing worksessions, beginning at 11:00 A.M. on the 1st and 3rd thursdays of each month (except for the months of march, june and november which agenda briefing worksessions will be held on the 2nd and 4th thursday of each month; and except for july 6, august 3 and december 21 due to formal meeting cancellations) in the first floor north conference room of City Hall, 70 Court plaza, asheville, N.C.
