“Councilwoman Ullman moved to approve the text amendments to Articles II, III, V, VI,VII, VIII, IX, XI, XVI, and XVII of Chapter 7, Development, of the City Code of Ordinances (the “UDO”) and find that the proposed amendments are reasonable, in the public interest and consistent with the city’s comprehensive plan in that they promote reasonable growth based on holistic decision making and bring City ordinances into compliance with state law Chapter 160D.”
