As part of that compliance, the City Council must, on a monthly basis, approve all property tax releases and refunds that have been approved by the Buncombe County Board of Commissioners. City of Asheville refunds and releases for March 2026 are included in the document. Motion to adopt City of Asheville property tax refunds and releases for the month of March 2026.
