Official title: Council adopted a resolution authorizing an amendment to the 2015-2019 Consolidated Plan for the 2018-2019 Annual Action Plan and the 2019-2020 Annual Action Plan to allocate uncommitted Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds to support Helene Recovery in the form of Business Restabilization and grants; and if and if approved by HUD, authorizing the City Manager to approve the Program Structure and Allocation of funds to Partner Organizations for the purposes described herein; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all documents necessary to give effect to this resolution
